PASSPORT & VISA INFORMATION All travelers are required to have a passport valid for six months after their return to their home country. This is the law. Currently visas are not required for U.S. and Canadian citizens but may be required of travelers from other countries. It is each traveler’s responsibility to obtain his or her required passport. Visa requirements vary according to the nationality of the passport holder. For travelers who are not U.S. citizens, please consult a visa service company or the Israel Embassy in the country of your nationality for Israel’s visa requirements. Visa requirements and charges are subject to change. The Company is not responsible for the refusal of visas by consular offices and normal cancellation charges will apply. Applications received less than 14 business days before departure may require extra processing fees. PAYMENT PROCEDURES You may pay by check, money order or bank wire transfer. Fill out the Personal Information & Payment Preference Form, below. We do not take other forms of payment at this time. Since our bank charges for receiving wire transfers, should you choose this form of payment, the bank charge will be added to your final payment. All payments must be made in U.S. Funds. INSURANCE INFORMATION We do not offer traveler’s Trip Cancellation/Interruption/Medical Insurance; however, both are available in the event you are concerned your trip might be interrupted or you might incur a medical problem while abroad. You can find insurance carriers online. CANCELLATION POLICY
